I stayed at this hotel and I loved it! The location is super convenient for train travel. The staff were very helpful to me, even arranging a shuttle for me during the snow. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, and I loved the free breakfast.

Poor air conditioning system, barely cooling the rooms. Noisy surroundings, making it difficult to sleep with windows open.

Loved the convenient location near station, excellent staff with good English, large breakfast area with great selection, comfortable and clean room with Nespresso machine and fridge, good value for money.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the very close proximity to the train station and the delicious breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful. Don't have any issues at all.

The hotel's location near the train station and bus stops made it incredibly convenient for getting around the city. It was just a short walk from the main station, making it easy to commute. The spacious rooms were beautifully decorated in a Salzburg theme, and I even found a cute woolen cow waiting on the bed. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing maps and directions for navigating the city.
The AC in the room didn't work properly, causing some discomfort on hot days.
